Defendant/appellant Michelle Morgan (hereinafter Morgan) was convicted after a trial by jury of theft from a savings and loan association, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(b) (1982), conspiracy to commit theft in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1982), and transporting in interstate commerce money or property obtained by fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314 (1982).
