Appellants Williams, Sears, and Johnson entered conditional pleas of guilty to the offense of escape from prison in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 751.1 We affirm the district court's pretrial rulings in all but one respect. The district court erred in its pretrial ruling that defendant Johnson's offer of proof was insufficient to support a duress defense. Thus, we reverse appellant Johnson's conviction and remand...
