HULL, J.

The defendant was convicted, after a trial to a jury, of sexual assault in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-72a. He appeals the conviction claiming that the trial court erred in denying, in part, his motion to exclude evidence of prior convictions and in denying his motion to suppress evidence of the victim's and a witness' out-of-court identifications of him.
