Andrew Eschweiler pled guilty to one count of distribution of cocaine, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a). He received a two-year sentence to run consecutive to a previous five-year sentence. The defendant appeals from the sentencing hearing, claiming a violation of Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 32(c)(3)(D). He also appeals from the district court's refusal to exonerate his bail bond pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 46...
