Donallco, Inc. appeals from rulings of the district court finding Donallco in contempt of a previous consent judgment, imposing a fine of $400,000 payable to General Signal Corporation upon future violation of the consent judgment, and awarding General Signal attorney's fees and expenses spent in pursuing the contempt award. We affirm the finding of contempt, vacate the other findings of the district court, and remand for further...
