MEMORANDUM OPINION

BUA, District Judge.

The above-captioned matter came before the Court for trial on the merits of plaintiff's complaint, which alleges personal injury arising out of negligent care and medical malpractice. Plaintiff seeks damages against the United States under 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b). For the reasons stated herein, the Court enters judgment in defendant's favor and against plaintiff.
