This matter is before the Court on defendant's motion in limine. The defendant, William W. Mayfield, has been charged with 10 counts of federal firearms violations. 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6), 18 U.S.C. § 922(h)(1), and 18 U.S.C. Appx. § 1202(a)(1).
