On September 8, 1981, defendant, Walter Wolak, pled nolo contendere to second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, and to felony-firearm, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). On September 29, 1981, defendant was sentenced to consecutive prison terms of two years on the felony-firearm conviction and not less than four nor more than fifteen years on the second-degree murder conviction.
