Espadero and Mario Jorge Pieroni filed this action against the defendant Jerry Feld, individually and doing business as the 404 Club, alleging negligence resulting in personal injury and death. Plaintiff Espadero suffered serious injury when a van he was driving was struck by an automobile driven by a drunk driver, Donald P. Brown.
