In this action arising from her arrest for traffic offenses, Plaintiff asserts causes of action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for alleged violations of her Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights, as well as pendent state claims for false arrest, malicious prosecution, and false imprisonment.
