David A. Christian, formerly a warden at the Texas Department of Corrections ("TDC"), Darrington Unit, sues Dan McKaskle, Bobby Maggard, and Herman Kelly pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff was discharged after nineteen (19) years employment with TDC, one year short of retirement. Defendants were directors of TDC at the time and, by order of this Court, are sued solely in their individual capacities...
