This is an action for ejectment and trespass instituted by plaintiff wherein he seeks to recover possession of a tract of land which is contiguous to the manufacturing facility of defendant Chevron Chemical Company. Defendant filed a counter-claim seeking a declaration of its rights under a recorded easement and a determination of whether or not defendant had acquired a prescriptive easement to park automobiles on the subject...
