Pursuant to 30 U.S.C. § 1232(e) the plaintiff, the United States of America, filed this action against the defendants on December 30, 1982 in an effort to collect delinquent Abandoned Mined Land Reclamation (AML) fees for the period April, 1980 until July, 1982.
