OPINION
PER CURIAM:
A jury convicted appellant Thomas Wayne Crump of first degree murder and robbery, both with the use of a deadly weapon. At the penalty hearing for Crump's first degree murder conviction, the jury found three aggravating circumstances: the murder was committed by a person who had previously been convicted of another murder or of a felony involving the use or threat of violence to the person
