First, whether Michael Monroe Bass and Charles Earl Price may be convicted in the same proceeding both of transporting a stolen firearm in interstate commerce, in violation of Title IV of the Omnibus Crime Control Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(i), 924 (1982) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1982), and of being a felon in possession of firearms, in violation of Title VII of the Omnibus Crime...
