Plaintiff, Norman Rudow, brings this action against Lois Whitman, the City of New York and its Commission on Human Rights ("the Commission"), alleging three grounds for relief. Plaintiff's first and third claims are brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and allege that his "due process" rights under the fourteenth amendment to the United States Constitution were violated by defendant Whitman's conduct...
