Appellant Ronald Wayne Davis appeals his conviction of possessing firearms in interstate commerce after having been convicted of a felony in violation of 18 U.S.C.App. § 1202(a)(1). We had previously reversed a pretrial order suppressing the firearms on the ground that Davis' consent to the search which produced them had been procured by deceit. United States v.
