Pulitzer, because of his alleged improprieties when acting as the sole voting trustee of Wembley Industries, Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of men's neckwear. Before this suit was filed in federal court, Carol, her mother and her sister had brought suit in Louisiana state court arising out of the same dispute. The...
