This matter is before the court on a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed on May 28, 1986, by the defendant, Homelite Division of Textron, Inc. ("Homelite"), pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. Rule 56. Homelite moves the court for partial summary judgment on Counts II, III, IV, V, and VI of plaintiffs' complaint. The court granted Homelite summary judgment on Count II of the complaint by an order dated August 29, 1986...
