Defendant-appellant, Jocelyn Hamm, appeals her conviction for obstructing official business contrary to Section 525.07(A) of the Codified Ordinances of the city of Hamilton, Ohio. She was found guilty by a jury in Hamilton Municipal Court and was sentenced to ninety days in jail. She presents a single assignment of error, as follows:
