This matter is before the court on plaintiff's filing a complaint in an action for declaratory judgment against defendant. Defendant then filed a preliminary objection to plaintiff's complaint in the nature of a petition questioning jurisdiction. Defendant requests that the complaint of plaintiff be dismissed, or in the alternative, the matter be referred to a master as part of the equitable distribution proceeding.
