This cause comes before the court on the complaint of Louise Ball and Tommy Williams, Jr., former employees of Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi, wherein they allege deprivation of constitutionally protected rights and violations of Title 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1982 and 1983.
