The National Labor Relations Board ("Board") has applied to this Court for enforcement of an unfair labor practice order issued by the Board against KDFW-TV, Inc. The sole issue raised by the Board's application is whether certain KDFW employees are "supervisors" within section 2(11) of the National Labor Relations Act ("Act") and thus exempt from inclusion in a collective bargaining unit.
