SNEED, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-appellant Kal W. Lines, as trustee in bankruptcy for the James E. O'Connell Company, appeals the district court's judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee Flavor Dry, Inc., in its action for breach of contract and conversion. We affirm.
