This action was commenced in the Superior Court Department against Local 285 (Union) and against its business agent, Guy C. Lucia. The Superior Court Department dismissed the action as to Lucia and later remanded the action against the Union to the Marlborough Division of the District Court Department. There the Union's motion for summary judgment was allowed, from which Bradshaw claimed a report.
