This is an appeal from an order dismissing appellant Steven M. Johns' petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Appellant's primary contention is that his acquittal of charges in a criminal prosecution precludes, by collateral estoppel, a subsequent finding in an administrative parole revocation proceeding that he did commit the offenses.
