THORNBERRY, Circuit Judge:

Foster Securities, Inc., Fostin Securities, Inc., and William F. Woods appeal a district court's order affirming a bankruptcy court's order approving the appointment of an interim trustee and counsel for the interim trustee. Finding that we lack jurisdiction, we dismiss the appeal.
