Convicted of robbery in the first degree and sentenced as a persistent violent felony offender to 25 years to life, defendant seeks reversal and a new trial because of, inter alia, the allegedly improper admission in evidence of testimony regarding a woman's skirt he was carrying when first encountered by police officers shortly after the robbery had occurred, as well as Trial Term's refusal...
