Kenneth Trujillo (plaintiff), as personal representative of the estate of Henry Trujillo, Jr., appeals the trial court's dismissal of his claim against Gilbert Trujillo (defendant), d/b/a El Nido Supper Club. The issue on appeal is whether a tavernkeeper who unlawfully serves alcohol to an intoxicated patron is civilly liable for injuries suffered by the patron as a result of that act.
