This case was tried to the court sitting without a jury. The court issued a memorandum of decision finding in favor of certain plaintiffs and against certain plaintiffs on the merits. Lilly v. Harris-Teeter Supermarket, 503 F.Supp. 29 (W.D.N.C.1980). Detailed findings of fact, conclusions of law and a final judgment were filed on July 13, 1982. 545 F.Supp. 686
