MORGAN, Senior Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from the district court's affirmance of Bankruptcy Judge Breland's order that appellant-trustee could not sell appellee's property in fee simple. After canvassing the applicable case law and bankruptcy statutes, we agree with the district court that the appellant-trustee may force a sale of debtor's complete interests in said property, along with his wife's life estate interest; however, her contingent remainder interest...
