This case is the first appeal in the so called Edinburg litigation, which is being decided today in five opinions.3 Here we are concerned with Dorothy B. Edinburg's removal from her position as an executrix of the will of her father, Harry B. Braude, and from her position as a trustee of the trust established under that will.
