PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1); MSA 28.788(2)(1). He successfully moved to have the complaining witness's hypnotically induced testimony suppressed and the information quashed. The people appeal as of right. We affirm.
