Before the court is defendants' motion to dismiss. Jurisdiction is predicated upon 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 28 U.S.C. § 1343(a)(3). For the reasons stated herein, defendants' motion is granted. Plaintiff's case is dismissed in its entirety.
