In this bankruptcy case, I am asked to issue an order granting a stay pending appeal from an order of Bankruptcy Judge Prudence B. Abram. The prospective appellant is the debtor, Gene Crescenzi, who has initiated in this District a petition under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
