Petitioner, a state inmate, initiated this action seeking the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, by complaint filed May 10, 1983. This matter is before the court on petitioner's objections to the United States Magistrate's memorandum, which reluctantly recommended dismissing Bush's petition.
