Robert Hancock appeals from a district court order revoking his probation and reinstating the full suspended sentences for two counts of aggravated battery. He now asserts: (1) that he was deprived of due process of law when the district court revoked his probation, and (2) that the district court's imposition of two concurrent ten-year indeterminate sentences was excessive.
