Norwest Bank Great Falls, N.A. (the Bank) appeals a $2,659,671 judgment entered against it in Cascade County District Court after a jury trial. The Bank brought the action as a foreclosure suit and to obtain a deficiency judgment. Defendants prevailed on their counterclaims for breach of contract, tortious interference with their franchise agreement, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and bad faith in liquidation of the Weavers' collateral.
