THE COURT: Plaintiff Nobel Scientific Industries, Inc. brought this antitrust suit against Beckman Instruments, Inc. Beckman has filed a motion for summary judgment (paper 166) on all aspects of the amended complaint and the issues have been voluminously briefed. Having reviewed the record and heard oral argument today, the Court is convinced that the motion for summary judgment must be granted.
