Plaintiff brought this action to recover the accelerated balance due under a contract, by the terms of which defendant agreed to redeem its stock from plaintiff. Defendant counterclaimed to recover payments it had made pursuant to that contract. The trial court granted defendant's motions for summary judgment on both the complaint and counterclaim and awarded attorney fees to defendant; judgment was entered accordingly.
