This is essentially a commodities fraud suit, alleging violations of the Commodity Exchange Act ("CEA"), 7 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., as well as various pendent common law claims.
