Debtors-Appellants Frederick and Vallera Johnson, husband and wife proceeding pro se, appeal from a district court order excluding a Health Education Assistance Loan (HEAL) in the amount of $10,000 from their Chapter 13 plan. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
