The court granted en banc consideration of this bankruptcy case to consider whether the Georgia exemption statute, O.C.G.A. § 44-13-100(a)(6), effectively overrode appellees' right under section 522(f) of the Bankruptcy Code to avoid nonpossessory, nonpurchase-money security interests held by appellant.
