Per Curiam.
The question raised is whether, by pleading guilty, a defendant waives the right to appeal his conviction on the ground that trial was not commenced within the time requirement under the Ohio Speedy Trial Act. (R.C. 2945.71 et seq.)
The general view is that where an accused enters a plea of guilty he waives his right to raise the denial of his right to a speedy trial on appeal.
