This action is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and § 1985 for the death of Glennon Anthony Weeks, who died on or about September 10, 1985 while incarcerated in the Baldwin County Jail. The action is brought by Lois Weeks as administratrix of the decedent's estate.
