The plaintiff-appellee Jones filed this action as an adversary proceeding arising out of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The plaintiff initially sued three entities: (1) Production Services, Inc. (PSI); (2) Otis Engineering, Inc. (Otis); and (3) Wilson Industries, Inc. (Wilson or defendant).
