In this Mississippi diversity case, plaintiffs Ronald Nichols and Allstate Insurance Co. appeal summary judgments in favor of defendant Canal Insurance Company. Applying Mississippi law to determine the validity of a radius-exclusion clause in an insurance policy issued in Arkansas, the district court found the clause valid.
