Respondent, Auto Fast Freight, Inc. ("Auto Fast"), is charged by the petitioner, National Labor Relations Board ("Board") with violating sections 8(a)(1), (3) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1), (3) and (5) (1982).
