This workers' compensation case is before us for the second time. In Robinson v. SAIF, 69 Or.App. 534, 686 P.2d 1053, rev. den. 298 Or. 238, 691 P.2d 482 (1984), we reversed the Board, finding that claimant had timely filed her claim. She petitions for judicial review of the Board's order on remand, reversing the referee's order and denying her occupational disease...
