This matter is before us on the appeal of Maurice Hayes from a decision of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, Juvenile Branch. The court found him to be a delinquent minor for having committed a grand theft offense. The charge of grand theft against appellant was enhanced due to his prior petit theft offenses. See R.C. 2913.02(B).
